Care
All of our products are easy to care for! The following instructions can be found on the hang tag of each product.
Care Instructions:
Rinse the product with fresh water after each use to remove salt, sand, and other debris that can damage the product.
If the product is machine washable, use a mild detergent and gentle cycle to avoid damaging the fabric. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners, as they can weaken the fibers and affect the product’s performance.
For products made of natural fibers, such as cotton or linen, avoid drying them in direct sunlight or high heat, as they can shrink or become brittle.
Store the product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources.
If the product has any leather or metal components, such as zippers or buckles, make sure to dry them thoroughly to prevent rust or corrosion.
Always follow the care instructions provided to ensure the product’s longevity and performance.
Orders
We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Stay up to date on the status of your order by using the tracking information provided within your order confirmation email. For any additional questions, please email us at contact@whispydesigns.com . Someone from our Customer Care Team will respond within 24 business hours. We’re available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT and will respond to your message within 3 business days.
Please email our Customer Care Team at contact@whispydesigns.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate your request; however, modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been submitted. Please note that discount codes and gift cards cannot be added or used retroactively. Be sure to input the codes prior to placing your order.
If you would like to add items to your existing order, please place an additional order. We do not store credit card information and cannot accommodate changes made after the order is placed including billing address updates. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes to your shipping address.
Cancellations are not guaranteed. To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@whispydesigns.com. We will respond as quickly as possible in the order your email is received.
Our team is available Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm PT and will respond within 3 business days. If we are unable to process a cancellation, you can initiate a return once you receive your order. Read our Return Policy.

Please note that sales tax rates vary by state and are subject to change. Be sure to enter your shipping address at checkout to see the sales tax amount.
Shipping
Once shipped, standard orders will arrive within 7 business days and expedited orders will arrive within 3 business days. During times of high package volume, carriers may experience delayed or missing shipment scans while in transit. This may affect or change the estimated delivery date. Please check your tracking number for updates.
We don’t ship to some countries because of legal restrictions or shipping carrier limitations.
The list of restricted countries may change depending on world events, but for now, we don’t ship to the following destinations:
Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine
Russia
Belarus
Ecuador
Cuba
Iran
Syria
North Korea
Please note, that Russia’s war in Ukraine severely limits shipping to Ukraine.
Due to the impacts related to the Covid-19 pandemic and other unrelated service disruptions, our shipping carriers also don’t offer international shipping to the following countries (last updated on Oct 26, 2022):

Yes we offer coupons and promotion . Follow us on social media (@whispydesigns) and/or sign up for our mailing list (bottom of this page) to stay up to date on new items and promotions!
Yes—we typically have one sale per year around Black Friday/Cyber Monday. We are not able to honor price adjustments for purchases made outside of an active promotional period.
Returns
Return Policy
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return an item purchased on whispydesigns.com as long as it meets the following criteria:
– Merchandise must be unwashed, unused and unworn.
– Merchandise must be in the original packaging.
– Orders containing promotional merchandise and sales items are final sale and are non-refundable. This includes bundles & packs.
– Gift cards are non-refundable.
– Shipping charges are non-refundable.
– An order # as well as an email address or phone number must be provided with your return/exchange.
– Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from delivery date.
– We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly on the blissedcove.com website.
How To Make A Return
Please read the return policy above before proceeding to the RETURNS PORTAL. If your return does not meet the conditions listed in the return policy, then we will not be able to issue a refund and the items will be donated. We recommend including your name and order number in the return package in case the label is damaged during transit.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
